To Be Eligible for the Dancer Rate:

You must be currently pursuing a professional career as a      dancer through enrollment in a dance training program, a professional dance company or show, or on break/hiatus due to injury. 
All newly enrolled participants begin in private sessions. Duet sessions available for dancer program participants, based on approval and availability.​​

​On Monday, July 8, the National Museum of Dance School of the Arts hosted the annual Dancers’ Health Day event, which featured four members of the dance world. The afternoon began with Pilates activities, presented by Carrie Kenneally. Exercises both on the ground and on the machine followed a pattern similar to barre, beginning with simple pliés.
